dining plan with two parties?

We will be having 5 of our TS with family under a different conf # then ours. Does this present a problem when it comes time to charge our dining plan a TS credit? ( hope that makes sense )
Will they split it into two checks......now with the 18% grat that will be a pain to deal with won't it?

Also we will have 6 at those meals so does that make our wait a little longer? ( i know we have ressies but just curious if that can extend your wait a bit)

We were considered 3 seperate parties when dining during our Grand Gathering last year. There was never a problem getting 3 seperate checks, even with things paid for OOP. We were also charged the automatic 18% gratuity because of the size of our party. Don't think there is any way to tell about wait time.

When the waiter first comes to your table tell them you will have separate checks on the dining plan. at the end they will present you with a bill for the dining plan portion for each of your groups and they will present a bill for the "gratuity" for each party.
I believe the larger the party the longer the turn around time for the table availability so you are kind of right there.

Not always true. As a party of nine, we never waited more than 5 minutes for our table to be ready.
