Dining plan with a one year old

I think I already know the answer to this but I'm just wondering what happens with a one year old when the rest of us are on the dining plan. He eats all table food. I'm assuming that he can eat off the buffets but if I order him a meal, I obviously pay out of pocket for it. Am I right?

That is correct. Though at places like CRT, they will bring them a small plate of food for free, ect..
