Dining plan TS drinks?

Does anyone know if you are able to order drinks like the Bibbiddi Bobbiddi Brew from CRT and Grandpa's Electric Milkshakes or Mickey's Be-Bop Drink from 50's Prime Time on the dining plan?

As I understand it "if it is a Specialty Drink" it is not included. Of course I do not know for sure and I hope that someone who has been on the plan will let us know.
