Dining plan tracker?

Am hoping someone can direct me to a DISigner who can make me a DISign that keeps track of what has been used on a meal plan. We have 3 adults, 1 child on the Quick service plan (so 42 adults meals, 14 childrens, and 28 snack credits if I did the math correctly) i have seen them recently, but cannot find it now for the life of me! I am not picky which characters are on it, anything With the Fab 5 would be great. Thanks so much!
