Dining plan times

I am a little confused, please excuse me as this has probably already been addressed, but I can't find it! I want to make early reservations for a character breakfast and still make it to the world in EMH, they say that it starts at 8am, but you can make a reservation for 6:30am? And I saw someone post that they had 7:30 am? DO the characters maybe not come out until 8am? If anyone can shed some light I'd a-pea-she-ate (how my son wrote it on his little journal at school-I think it's the cutest) it!

If the restaurant is open, the characters will be there at a character meal. I don't know of any places that open at 6:30 AM for table service dining though. I think we have had a 7:00 AM Chef Mickey's once. I think it would be pretty difficult to make an 8 AM EMH and have a character breakfast before hand, unless you were dining IN the park.

And I believe the in park meals don't start until 8 am.

Oh okay, thank you! Because when I was messing around with it the site said 6:30 am, that's why.... maybe if you try to put that in it just won't go? Well I am thinking of going to the EMH and having a snack (granola bar, fruit/applesauce) on the way, then around 9:30 when the park starts opening go to the character breakfast? What would you suggest?

I think you're saying that 6:30 AM is a choice in the pull down menu? If so, yes, I'm guessing if you actually picked that time - you would get very few if any choices, or else they would all start at 7:00 or 7:30 or 8:00 - depending on where you are looking to dine.

I think your plan is good - have something light, do the EMH at 8 AM and have breakfast around 9:30 or 10:00 in the park if possible. Then you have a few hours to tour before breakfast.
