dining plan tiers question.....

does anyone know IF they offer free dining, whether it is likely to be full dining or quick service dining if you stay in pop?
i remember there being talk of them offering tiers of free dining last/this year (ie full dining if you stay in deluxe, counter service if you stayed in value), does anyone know if they actually did this?

UK free dine is differant from US free dine so I cant help too much except I read it is tiered. I dont believe the quick service is involved though

with the free dining on disneyworld.com is pop likely to be included? is it likely to be the full dining plan?

to us residents, the basic dining plan has always been what is offered during "free dining" periods. (1 TS, 1 QS and 1 snack) I don't see Disney stepping down to offering the Quick serve dining plan as the "free" offer, as no one will view that as a great deal--they will complain--Disney needs to continue to offer deals that will be viewed as a great value if they are going to continue to fill rooms in this economy--maybe they will offer Deluxe to those at deluxe resorts while others will receive the basic dining? We will have to wait to see if any free dining is even offered. We went last year and it was a great value for my family-we upgraded to DxDDP and were able to eat at quite a few places we had never tried. Would love to do it again, and would consider staying Deluxe level if they offered a Dxddp on that level resort...

i'm trying to decide whether to book the good deal i've found now (£2700 at SSR including dining) or wait and see if they offer free dining (would be about £2100 at POP, and hope that i get full dining plan).
