Dining plan snack credit question..

We will be at Disney for 7 days in the Fall and we will have the DxDP and I was wondering if we have lets say 8 credits left can we use those credits the day before for snacks to bring back home?

Yes, and your credits are good till midnight of your check out day, so we have even used credits to grab sandwiches at the QS place at our resort to take to the airport to eat while waiting to board.

Good idea! I may pack a little cooler and use baggies for ice (then I can toss the ice before going through security).

We always have extra credits - it's a lot of food!

Thanbk you this is great to know. And I feel better knowing I can use my credits . is it 3 snacks per credit but it has to be bought at the same time?
