Dining Plan & Room Service?

I have been attempting to search for this info but have been having a hard time, so I'll just ask: Can the dining plan be used with room service?

Not with the regular dining plan that everybody talks about.

The platinum plan covers it...but that's super $$$

Thanks! I've just got the standard plan so I guess if we want to eat in we're on our own.
