Dining plan questions

Need help deciding if I should do full board or half board. Can someone confirm I am understanding the full board option...you will receive two vouchers per night. These voucher would allow you two table services per day??? That seems like alot food. Are you not allowed to use these vouchers at a counter service? I thinking I am better half board but I want to make sure I understand the dining plans.

I am from the US so I am use to WDW dining plan where you get 1 counter service, 1 table service and 1 snack.

don't pay for a dining plan at DLP - they are expensive, restrictive, and don't save you much, if any, money. THere are lots of other options for non-participating restaurants in the Village too.
