Can 1 person get the Kouzzina Sampler Appetizer on the deluxe dining plan? It doesn't say for 2 on the AllEars menu.
Can 1 person get the 28 ounce porterhouse at Yachtsman Steakhouse on the dining plan?

Don't know for sure about your Kouzina questions, but in my experience unless it says "for two" or some such language - one person can order it.

As far as Yachtsman, yes you can order that on the dining plan -- or at least you could last April. My DH ordered it.
