Dining Plan Questions

We are a little confused on the ticket value at some of the restaurants. Signature restaurants such as Flying Fish, Yachtsman Steakhouse, Le Cellier, Artist Point, etc....Are these 2 ticket restaurants being that they are considered Signature restaurants? My wife and I found a site with dining plan information but it left us with questions, as in not very clear to us at least. Any input would be appreciated.

We will be club members in a few weeks. Our resale points purchase at BLT closed last week. We have much to learn and more to experience.

If you're looking @ the Disney dining site, it has a number of errors regarding the DDP and which restaurants take it / how many credits etc. The best place for info is the DDP .pdf brochure for 2012. Just be aware that some restaurants are not yet listed for 2012, just because negotiations are still on-going, but they will most likely be added prior to the end of the year.
