Dining plan question regarding kids.....

I have a 6 year old ds and an almost 4 year old dd. Both are light eaters. My question is if they will be allowed to split a children's meal at a table service restaraunt if we are on the dining plan (thus only using three TS credits at a meal - me, DH, and one child). I am NOT asking this so that I can use their credits for more adult meals....I just know that sometimes they will not each eat a full meal. If I did it this way the extra credits would just be used to buy breakfast for them instead of paying oop for that, like I originally have planned.

So no flames please...I just want to know if they will be allowed to split a kids meal and only use one credit. Thanks all!

I was wondering that too as I am in the same situation...anyone with answers?

Sharing is common on the dining plan except at buffets and family style restaurants.

Enjoy!

In addition to buffet and family style restaurants, no sharing at any of the Character Meals (although that may have been obvious by referencing buffet and family style meals, but wanted it to be clear). They were very careful to deduct the full number of credits at character meals.

I have three kids who share one meal when we go to restaurants. However, I usually leave a larger tip (if the service was good) to make up for not ordering meals for the kids. :teeth:
