It's just a wording thing.
Let's say you are having dinner at Pecos Bill's in MK.
You could order a cheeseburger, which comes with fries or apples ("combo meal"), and choose a dessert and a drink - this would be one adult CS credit.
You could alternatively order a Taco Salad ("entree"), and choose a dessert and a drink - this would also be one adult CS credit.
You would not be entitled to fries or anything else alongside your salad, since it is an "entree" and not a "combo meal."
It's really much easier to do than it sounds - when you are ordering a CS meal, you order a "thing." If that thing comes with sides (fries, whatever) as it is listed on the menu board then you get those included in your credit, but if it is not listed as such on the menu board then you just get the thing.
Dessert and drink are always included in the credit.
