it's been a while since we have done the dining plan. my question is can we do dining plan (staying on property) without purchasing more tickets since we are passholders already? thanks

Yes. Anyone can, really - you don’t have to be a passholder. It’s called a ticketless package. Your reservation does convert from a room-only to a package with the accompanying change in rules though (ie Pay in Full before 30 days, etc). So when I did it, I waited until a week or two before just in case.

You'll have to call to do it; there's no way to do it online. Just as for a ticketless package. You should still be able to get your AP discount on the room, so be sure they keep that when they do the rebooking.
