Dining Plan Question for large group

Can I make different reservations for different people at different places for the same night?

Absolutely. We have a group of 20 going this time and while most of our reservations are together (which led to interesting booking), there are 2 days were we are split up into 3 different groups with 3 different reservations in 3 different places.
