Staying on points, 2 DVC members, reservation already made at Poly x4 nights in early Sept?; plan to purchase 2 annual passes: Do we qualify for the Dining Plan being offered?

No, using DVC points does not qualify for the free dining plan.

No. That's if you book a non discounted vacation package with room and tickets.

But you can add the dining plan at the going rate---if you buy it, you have to buy it for all occupants, and for the entire length of that stay.
