Dining Plan - Pay in Advanced?

My parents are joining us for our trip in May. We have two studios reserved at VWL, but we are arriving on different days. We're arriving on Saturday and my parents are arriving on Sunday. They are going to pay us $650 for the 65 points for the studio in which they are staying. I suggested that they just pay for our dining plan that week and we'll call it even. However, since they are arriving after us, they won't be able to pay for the dining plan upon check-in. Can they call up Member Services and pay for the dining plan with their credit card in advanced?
