Dining plan ordering??

My family and I were thinking of getting the DDP for our 5 day trip in Oct. But I was wondering if you order your meal can you get an appetizer and pay for that OOP ?

Yes, you can order and pay for anything that isn't included in your dining plan

Thank you . I wasn't sure if we were able to do that but now that I know we will get the DDP just in case and for ease of mind
