Trying to figure out the best plan for us. I have the pickiest 4 year old ever. Breakfasts are no problem eith him, as he eats alot of breakfast foods but its lunch and suppers that become a problem for us. He only eats hot dogs, hamburgers, and grilled cheese and pizza. Once and a while he will eat mac and cheese and nuggets. Only fruit is apples and bananas and hardly any veggies. We do a lot of breakfast foods for lunch and supper here for him. I'm not understanding why hotdogs are not a kids meal options. Neither of my kids will eat pb&j so that is out. I'm afraid we will be fighting him the entire tim we are there. I am thinking about doing a lot of sit down breakfast and letting him fill up and then doing quick snacks around lunch. Then trying a sit down dinner and even using my apps for him, or sharing some of mine. Do they allow sharing at sit downs. Also dh is very picky (which is where ds gets it from) and will only eat salad or fries with his meals for sides. No potatos or rice, veggies for him. If a place offers fries as a side for kids will they let an adult have them. Tia

Most places have pizza on the menu for kids. Grilled cheese is easy, it might be possible to get even if it's not onm the menu. I was easily able to do that at 50's PT, for example.
I don't think it would be a problem at all for your dh to get fries as a side at a restaurant that offers them for kids.
