We will be arriving on May 24th and checking out on June 2nd. Will we have any credits on June 2nd? In the FAQ it said "for each nights stay" you get 1 TS, 1 CS and one snack. I should have 9 days worth of credits or is it 10? We're staying 9 nights. I've confused myself. :confused3

Also if you order a CS from the resort do you get an appetizer? We're staying at ASMU and I didn't see anything listed as an appetizer at the food court.

Thanks for your help. :)

Your credit are based on your total night. If you are staying 5 night you get 5 TS, 5 CS and 5 snacks. If you don't have credits left on the last day you'll have to pay OOP.

CS=entree, drink and dessert. Many CS meals comes a a "meal" which will include sides. Not all do, it depends on the meal ordered.

Your credits go into effect when you check into the hotel and expire at midnight on the night you check out. So you can stretch those 9 credits for your entire stay.

We have taken advantage of the free dining plan every year since they have been offering it. I believe the day you are going to check out they are expired. We always stock up the night before and get snacks or have little meals with the credits that we have left over.

They do not expire until midnight, so no need to stock up the night before. They are availabe even after you check out from the hotel, until midnight that night.

9 nights = 9 of each kind of credit per person. Good from check-in until midnight the night of check out.

We saved credits to use our last morning for a CS meal at the resort. You can save up credits by splitting a meal sometime during the week. I've heard of people having so many credits left over on check out day that they treated someone else to breakfast or lunch too.

I think each restaurant, whether CS or TS, has their own interpretation of what you get in a DDP meal. We never got an appetizer at a CS but wherever we went, we had so much food that we usually chose a dessert that we could take with us (cookies, brownies, etc.).

We have planned to have 2 CS each left on our last day (the day we leave). Since we don't actually leave the resort until 3:30 pm we plan on using the CS for breakfast and lunch at the resort before we go. We made sure we used up our TS before that day so we wouldn't be tied down to a heavier meal that day. Here's hoping it works out for us...:thumbsup2

Thank y'all so much for the explanation. I get it now. :goodvibes

We have DS 11 who is a light eater and DD 6 who is not, so we will definitely try to share during the week so as to have CS left over on checkout day.

Thanks again.
:)
