Dining Plan: 'Ohana Dessert

Is it certain that 'Ohana no longer includes the "a la carte" dessert items as part of the dining plan?

I called the dining number and the CM I spoke with said that the dessert "should" be included. She indicated that the family style serving restaurants were like the buffets, but on the buffets they have a dessert bar. She put me on hold forever and came back and said she had checked with food services (or something like that) and they also indicated that it should be included. However, she did say that the plan was subject to change without notice and that 'Ohana could have it's own policy.

Has anyone very recently been and gotten the dessert as part of the plan? I'll be dining there next week and was looking forward to trying the creme brulee....

We were just there last week and the desert was included on the dining plan at 'Ohana's.

We were there last month. Kids got the snow cones, and DH, and I split the bread pudding. All incl. in the dining plan.

Hi Vascubaguy,
We were just there on May 20th and were told that dessert is now considered your pineapple w/ caramel and other desserts were not included. (I believed him because 2 times he went over to the manager to ask about what drinks we could order) I also overheard the table next to us ask a different waiter the dessert question and he also said it was JUST changed to no other desserts.
But it seems they change the rules often so I would ask as soon as you get there. Have a great time and make sure you get a table with a view of the fire pit!!!
