Dining Plan Offered for FW Campsites in 2017?

I was shopping online at WDW for reservations at FW for a campsite for September 2017. The website wouldn't allow me to add a dining plan. I switched resorts to Pop Century and Coronado Springs, and was able to shop dining plans.

Does this mean that dining plans will not be offered for campsites in 2017?
