Dining Plan, Kids' Meal Credits

I know when we used the 2007 DDP in May, there was no difference in counter service meals between the kids' meals and the adults' meals, as far as the way the credits were removed from our account. Is this still the case, or did Disney finally fix it?

However, many CMs are getting strict about not allowing a customer to order more adult meals than what is listed on the card. If the card says 2A and 2C don't expect to be able to get 3 adult meals at one time. Disney is still using the honor system for kids credits at CS meals which may not be working. I wouldn't be surprised if these credits are separated in 08 as well.
