If you are light breakfast eaters (as in, not needing the full-on fry-up) you can get by with using a snack credit for breakfast. I usually do fruit and buy a yogurt OOP. I also take the mini cereal boxes for DD and she eats those for breakfast. You get the most bang for your buck by using your credits for lunch and dinner. You could also try doing an early lunch and treating it as a late breakfast. You will probably not feel like eating until later in the evening and you can tide yourselves over with a snack credit or two until dinner. The snack credits are harder to use only because people try and "save them up" for fear of wasting them. But most of the time you will hear that they had loads left over at the end because of buying things out of pocket. I like to just use them as I need them. If I get to the last day or two and have to buy a few odd things OOP, then so be it, but that has never happened. PLENTY of food.
