Are there any other restaurants besides Planet Hollywood that are on the dining plan AND accept reservations in Downtown Disney?

I know Earl of Sandwich doesn't accept ADRs and Cap'n Jack's doesn't either, according to the CM I spoke with yesterday when I made my ADRs.

Apparently the only restaurants that fit your description would be Planet Hollywood, Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Raglan Road. Captain Jack's is on there too but someone here has said they don't take reservations.

The brochure also lists the Missing Link Sausage Co. as a counter service, and I don't believe that exists anymore.
