Dining Plan charge not adding up

I called to add the QSDP yesterday (our trip begins wednesday) and I paid the charge that the woman said on the phone then hung up and didnt think about it again until this morning when the confirmation email came to my phone. The amount I paid doesn't seem to be as much as I thought it would be, but the invoice confirmation shows that its for all of my party so.... if they made a mistake, will they expect me to pay the difference when I arrive? Im not adverse to paying if its in correct, I mean I could have made a mathmatical error or maybe they did.

Anyone every experience something similar?

Ive check on the reservation confirmation online and it looks like our room type changed??? I double checked that with the agent on the phone yesterday and she said it was still the same, but online it changed and that would make up for the difference in price I think. She and I even joked about my 12 year twin boys not sleeping in the same bed and thats why I NEED the bunk beds.

Booking this trip has become a pain! It used to be so easy to get a knowledgeable cast member on the phone. What happened?

I would call back ASAP and try to get the type of room you want/need. If you had a room only reservation previously and added the dining package, they actually end up cancelling the room only reservation and booking a new package reservation. At that point, the change in room type might have happened.

Thats exactly what happened. Why the CM confirmed with me that the room still had bunks, I have no idea. I specifically asked after I paid. So, my theory is that she wasn't listening, which I had felt during the call also.

Another question: What happened to Figment? My son loved him.

Do you mean the large walk around Figment or the attraction? Journey Into Imagination (the ride) closed in 1998 and was replaced by a short-lived (and awful nearly-Figment-less) ride. The current version (Journey Into Imagination with Figment) opened in 2002. While not as cute as the original, it still has Figment.

The large walk around Figment (sometimes referred to as Figzilla on the Disboard) was discontinued several years ago.

You can still purchase merchandise with Figment (and occasionally Dreamfinder) on it. There is shop at the end of the ride the focuses heavily on Figment merchandise and some is also at Mousegear.
