Dining Plan at Dolphin/Swan??

Just wondering if the dining plan is available if booking the Dolphin/Swan Hotel? Not sure where we're staying yet - so just am curious. Thanks.

I don't believe so since these are not Disney Resorts or Vacation Club properties.
