Dining Plan at Disneyland?

I was wondering if there is a dining plan at Disneyland (like at WDW)? We have never been to Disneyland and considering a trip there this year.

It's only prepaid vouchers thataren't a savings and can actually cost you additional money and does not qualify you for any discounts- AAA, AP etc..
