Dining Plan At Coronado Springs

Just wanted to verify that Pepper Market would be considered a counter service meal under the Disney Dining Plan. I'm a little confused since they charge a 10% service fee. Is this covered under the plan? Thanks everyone!

Reports say it's covered! Apparently it is just as good a bargain as it seems. I'll find out Friday!!

Yes, the PM is covered and so is the gratuity.
