Dining Plan and tax

I can not locate the DDP brochure on the disney website. Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Also when using the DDP credits, is tax included for TS, CS, and snacks?

Yes tax included, just have to leave tip.

Thank you for the information. The only way I could get to the dining plan brochure, was to go in like I was booking a vacation.
