Dining Plan and January 2007??

Has anyone been able to book the dining plan (LOVE the plan) for their January 2007 stay? I asked in the process of my booking and was advised it is not available at this time. Seems strange....are they taking it away from us?? This was one of my deciding (push me over the edge) factors to go DVC.....

I would really like to get this part of my trip wrapped up and secured......

You can book it, they just can't guarantee a price for it right now.

Disney has not released their packages with dining for next year for any of the resorts, so it's not a DVC thing.

We weren't allowed to book the Dining Plan for February 2007. Has that changed?
