Dining Plan and Cash Reservations

If I make a cash reservation at a DVC resort (and I am a DVC member) can I still get the dining plan for the nights that I am paying cash or only for the nights when I am using points?

I believe you can get the dining plan for cash nights booked through member services (not CRO).

Thanks...ok...one more question. If I book a cash night through MS, would it be at rack rate or can I still get the AP discount (like the one currently being offered for SSR)?

Your rate would be at rack rate unless MS had the 25% discount on your room available.
