Can you book the CP dinner package if you are using the Disney Dining Plan?

Yes, it is 2 TS credits per person.

We weren't willing to give up 2 credits each, so we paid OOP for our package which worked out nicely for us. We had lunch at Via Napoli along with the 5:00 show.

If you are on free dining use the plan. If you are paying for the dining plan, it probably makes more sense not to use your credits for CP, and just pay for it out of pocket.

It all depends on who is the narrator. For the more popular narrators such as Neil Patrick Harris or Whoopi Goldberg, people will start lining up in the standby line when World Showcase opens at 11 AM. For mid to late afternoon arrivals there is no guarantee that they'll get into the theater, but you can stand and hear the performance from the walkway.

There are 3 performances nightly starting around 5:00.
