This will be my first trip since they are including alcohol with the dining plan., What are the rules? Is it just the more inexpensive wine/beer or are the fancier mixed drinks included? I assume its one drink per meal.

We went in August and in our experience just about everything was included. Just ask your server what's included and they'll tell you if that specific restaurant has anything that's off limits. We didn't do any signature dining, so I'm sure some of those are probably much more restricting.

Moving to,DDP board. There are a number of threads her regarding what options are available.

Yes almost every drink is included. We were in France and chose the more expensive red wine by glass and it's included. 1 drink per meal. Although, the pour is less than I expected.

from what I've been reading, most everything under $15 is ok. Of course, could vary place to place.

What about after you've finished it? Are you allowed to switch to a non alcoholic option or water?
Some of the budgets we went to include a non alcoholic beverage so we were allowed to switch after, but I think at non buffets it would be at your servers discretion.
