We had a similar situation as Tink10 in September. DH and I checked out of Pop and checked into YC. That night, we went over to CS for our last dinner. Well, CM could not get the card to work, and to be honest, she didn't really seem to care. We went to the concierge at CS, but she was unable to help. We had to go all the way back to Pop. If we didn't have a car, it would have been an even bigger pain. They had to refund by CC for the meal. We still had snacks credits, so we went to the food court and back to the desk to get our cash refund.
By this time, I just wanted everything fixed and to enjoy our evening. When we got back to YC, I asked the concierge if we could put our 3 days of PHs left from Pop on our YC key. It took her at least half an hour to do that. I knew if we didn't we would be at Epcot and our tickets won't work. I thought everything was finally fixed, and we enjoyed my conference week.
I was back at work reviewing my company purchasing card transactions, and they charged me for the PH tickets. So, I had to call the billing department. I explained that we had tickets transferred from our stay the week before, and he asked me how this was possible.

Oh, boy! Needless to say, he finally fixed my credit card.
DH and I are going again this September, with the hopes that this will not happen again. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to avoid this? It would be greatly appreciated!
