Dining Plan, 2 families dining together question

we are traveling with my brother's family...

we are 2 adults/1 child
they are 3 adults/2 children.

at TS meals, i realize we'll present the server with 1 card from each family. in turn, will we be given separate bills for any xtra charges incurred by each family along with the gratuity charges?

Yup. Make life easier on your server and ask for separate checks from the get-go.

Note that a party that size (when dining together) does incur an automatic 18% gratuity, which you may of course add to at your discretion.
