Dining Pkg and breakfast????

I would like to use the counter service for breakfast instead of lunch. Is that possible? I like to wake up and eat, just have a snack at lunchtime and then a big dinner. How do I find out what counter services serve breakfast etc???

I don't think the order of the type of meal matters, its a number of "points" that you have for the length of your stay, and you can "eat" them in any order.
