dining package

I rented points from an owner, and we are going to WDW in May. Can I get a dining plan. I was under the impression that it is not available for us. If it is, how do I investigate it?? thanks

Yes it is available, starting 4/1/06. When you get the reservation/points paid for and you get the confirmation you can request the dining plan.

Either the owner you rented from, or you yourself and call MS and request the dining package added to your reservation.

You will need to pay for it in full when you check in. Enjoy!

thanks....how do I find out how it works? and what restaurants are involved? and the value for each meal. I just finished the touring plans and thought I could rest and start packing.....now I have more work to do...someone please point me in the right direction....

This is a fairly concise article on the dining plan. I have never used it so I can't comment. I have heard that you have way too much food to eat and when you are in a villa, you miss some of the better reasons for staying there when you buy the package. Like being able to stay at the villa for breakfasts ,not wasting time in the restaurants, etc.

It is the same plan as is offered by CRO (to add on to a room and ticket package). You'll find lots of info on the Restuarants Board regarding participating restaurants as well as tips for making the most of the plan.
