Dining outside MK on MNSSHP and costumes?

We are going to attend MNSSHP. I was able to get a 3:30pm reservation. At Ohana and thought it would be fun to eat there before the party. However, would we be permitted to have our costumes on? We are using Disney transportation and would then head to the park after eating.

'Ohana doesn't have a dress code forbidding park attire. Party costumes qualify as park attire--adults, too.

You will see costumes all day long and even at other parks. People sometimes dress early and park hop.
