Dining options in SeaWorld

Looking for opinions/info on the dining options in SeaWorld. We will be heading down in January with 4 adults - dining is a big part of the fun for all of us. Any suggestions??

What I have tried to plan for on the WDW side is one counter meal and one sit down meal per day.

Looking at the swoinfo.com - I will probably plan on having lunch at "The Deli" and dinner at "Bimini Bay" - both sound good.

Bimini Bay is very good. Try the mahi-mahi with the pina colada sauce. Yum.

If you like BBQ, the two BBQ restaurants offer excellent value for the dollar. The best thing about The Deli IMHO is the setting.

I thougt BB sounded good - something for everyone. How do the PS work? Can we call ahead or do we have to make them the day of?
