Dining options for a newbie

Hello, I have the following reservations booked and am trying to figure out one last thing.

Trattoria al Forno
Grand Floridian Cafe
The Boathouse
Be Our Guest
Coral Reef

And my question - should I keep Mama Melrose's or Brown Derby? They are too close together for us to keep both. The menus looks great for each restaurant so that's not swaying us. Our Brown Derby is at 2:55 and Mama Melrose's is at 5:40. It's our last day in the parks.

Who knew booking would be so hard? Just kidding, even I knew that and it's my first visit to DW. I joked with my husband we need at least another week so I can eat everywhere I want to.

In general, we only do 1 table service meal a day. Otherwise you are spending a lot of time eating.
Both of those choices are good. I think most will put Brown Derby as the better of the 2. Mama Melrose isn't bad, but its more of a generic Italian.
I would encourage you to read through reviews of Coral Reef. While sitting watching the aquarium is really fun, the food tends to not be very good. And there are SO many really good options in EPCOT.

Oh thank you! I booked Coral Reef on ambiance reviews. We've talked about possibly just eating quick service all day on our Epcot day. There are so many things we want to try.

I am leaning towards Brown Derby after looking at menus again. Cobb salads are one of my favorite meals and I keep reading people love that.

I would just do quick service on your Epcot day. There are SO MANY delicious options in World Showcase, and the food at Coral Reef really is mediocre and expensive. The only real perk to have a TS on an Epcot day is that it can be blistering hot in that park (idk why, but it honestly seems to be the hottest park of them all), so it can be nice to cool off in the AC for awhile. The Grey Goose slushies in France get the job done, too!

Never tried MM but love HBD. I get the Cobb Salad and grapefruit cake every trip.
