Because of recent medical events, my doctor advises that I eat more fish, not one of my favorites. We are staying at a Hotel on U. S. 192 and was wondering if anyone knows of reasonably good restaurants on U. S. 192 serving fish. I don't want to spend a lot of precious time looking for a place to eat each day. Thank you for any help you may offer. Tom

There's a huge selection of restaurants on 192. Most of your nationwide chains have a fish/seafood items on the menu (my son loves the salmon at Outback Steak House). I know there is a Red Lobster in the Crossroads shopping Center. Stop at any vistor center and pick up a map/guidebook--they usually have coupons too. While at WDW you may want to try the Flying Fish--I don't eat fish (but love my crabs and shrimp) and have read great things about this. You can view their menu at: http://wdwig.com/menu/menu_ff.htm

Here's a post from another board (orlando) asking about seafood restaurants:

There is a Shells restaurant on 192, and the Kissimmee Steak Company also has a big selection of seafood.

just outside Disney on 192 is a great Italian place called Pacino's with a great selection of seafood and pasta dishes.

I believe there is a red lobster at old town 10 minutes east of disney on 192.
