Dining on Grand 1

I understand there is a menu for food you can have on the Grand 1 which I've seen but it seems to be just more 'snack/light' food, but does anyone know if it's possible to have actual meals on there?

If so what are the rough costs? apart from yacht hire and food price is there any other charge?
