Hello all-
My dsis and her family husband and two DSs (6 and 8) are flying into MCO Friday night before their cruise Saturday. DD11 and I and my parents are planning to drive up to meet them for dinner. We are all staying near the airport to make life easier for dsis.
Our original plan was to go to Downtown Disney, eat at TRex, and hang out there. Now, we've got some concerns. One, their flight gets in at 6pm. By the time they get bags, car and get to DTD, it will probably be getting late (esp for the kids) after a long day of travel. (Not to mention me and DD after a full day at school then a two hour drive to Orlando, probably through rush hour. What am I thinking?!) They're flying from NY, so delays are always possible.
So, I'm thinking of new plans. Looking for somewhere near the airport that's nice, family friendly and fun. I never venture much beyond WDW, so I just have no idea. Searches are coming up with Sweet Tomatoes and such, but I'd like something more enjoyable for the kids.
Thanks in advance!
