Dining meal plan....desserts

Does the kitchen sink at Beaches and Cream count as a dessert (or 2) on the dining plan since the plan includes 2 meals and a dessert? I know some meals count as 2 so I was wondering if the kitchen sink was the same way.

After seeing someone order it, and taking into account that the sundaes like Mudslide, No Way Jose, etc cost $7.99, it's really not that bad - it feeds quite a few people.

It's not for my family though- sounds awful to us. It was fun watching it being made for someone else though.
