dining is not recognizing my reservation number

Sometimes you may have to have it to update your reservations to pull it up on disney's site. Else, you have to have it retrieve your reservation. If you have already put that it, sometimes it has you verify the reservation. If you are doing this, you'll need the reservation #, the last name it is under and the check-in date (common mistake is not to change the date). Hope this helps.
