Dining information

Where is the best place to find dining information for Universal? Is the meal deal worth it? We are a family of 4, me, dh, ds16 and dd13. We usually like one sit down meal. We are staying at RPR. We will be there Labor Day weekend....hoping the crowds aren't terrible.
