Dining hours at AKL (or nearby)?

My DH and I will be arriving late next Saturday night (flight gets in to Orlando at 8:45 pm), and we're staying at the AKL. Will there be any dining options available there at that late hour (probably 10 by the time we check in)? Is there room service?

The quick service restaurant Mara is open til 11:30pm.

I think you can get room service 24 hours at AKL. I think dinner finishes at either 10.00 or 10.30 p.m.
