Dining for 1 at Disney Springs

I have an upcoming business conference in Orlando and I will be staying near Disney Springs for a few days. It will just be me, so what restaurants are available for single person dining without reservations at Disney Springs?

Chef Art Smith? Boathouse? Are those possible or am I out of luck for those?

Homecoming is super easy to do a walk up for and being a solo person makes it even easier. I've always done walk up there for parties of 2-3 and never waited more than 30 minutes. You could also grab a seat at the bar if there is space and you are allowed to order off the full menu at the bar.

IMHO Wine Bar George is almost always the right answer. Bar is easy, generally space and the food/drinks are best on property.

If Boathouse is not available keep an eye out especially the last few days before you plan to eat there. Our last trip we had no problems getting the date/time we wanted to eat at as reservations popped up like crazy. Good luck and enjoy! I’m also going on a work trip next month and one of the nights joining the team for dinner at Disney Springs. Ha Ha - Apparently reservations have been made but have no clue where we are eating as it’s being kept as a surprise.
