Dining Fireworks package

After moving from Florida, its been difficult to visit WDW again. However, I have just booked for next year. One thing we have never tried are the dining fireworks package .
Any suggestions? Do u really see the fireworks, or can u sometimes get a bad table far from the view?

If you are talking about the Epcot restaurants, yes you are right on the water and have a very good view. Just because of their structures can you have a pole or some awning in your sight lines yes, but you can easily move.

As of now, dessert parties are only offered at MK. They have three, one where you watch from the dining area, once where you eat first and then go out to a roped off area, and one where you eat after viewing from the roped off area.

The roped off area has the best view. The seating area is fine for the fireworks, but your view of the projections on the castle could be obstructed depending on your table.

For the one from the dining area, called Seats and Sweets, you can eat before, during and after the show. They do not rush you out.
